okay was i the only one surprised to see shinji and hiyori part of the gotei 13
any thoughts on this chapter?

No you weren't the only. I was surprised too. I mean... they were part of the Gotei 13, this is understandable.. I also noticed that they were before Urahara, I suppose they weren't vizards back then, but... maybe Urahara made them, since he was the one who made the Hougyoku (sp?). Maybe Aizen had something to do with their exile.... It could be possible right? I expect anything from him now

i was sort of expecting that shinji and the others were high ranking shinigami beacuse i don't think weaker shinigamis can handle the hollow transformation if they don't have enough reiatsu..i think when urahara created the hougyoku, shinji and the others learned about aizen's plan and tried to report it to yamamoto.but since aizen is seen as a caring person, they did not believe shiji so they were exiled.but before they left soul society, they asked urahara to help them gain power to fight aizen's army of arrancara and so they became the masked soldiers or vizards..well that;s only what i think..

It is a good explanation... Shinji seems like he could tell who Aizen was from the beginning.... don't you think? If you have read 317 of course lol

i totally agree..ryt from the start shinji is suspicious of aizen..so i think he's keeping a close watch at his lieutenant..can't wait for the next chapter..

Me neither. I believe that Aizen knew it and that was why he.... somehow managed the exile of Urahara and Shinji... I even think that Shinji and Urahara are friends now... or something close to it. Aizen fooled everyone... I am sure he is the reason that Ishin lost his captain powers... but it is good that he has them now.

I am wondering... can YAMAMOTO kill the number 1 Espada? O.O or ... Aizen?

Also... if Shinji was better than Aizen back then, and he kept training after that.. like Aizen, wouldn't Shinji be able to kick Aizen's ass? O.O

OMG that is like SO true... i mean.. way to use logic there.
(i could never come up with that.. i mean I have no logic skill)

why doesn't Shinji just like kick his arse... knock some sense into him ya know?
