I think ichigo will get the powers and all the bad people will die. Ichigo will fall love with rukia. orihime will broke her heart but by then she has fallen in love with someone else and ichigo will become head of the soul society.

Vizard is just a name given to the people who have crossed the Hollow lines in their own environmental knowledge. Ichigo surely has but that doesn't mean that he isn't a Shinigami anymore.
